There are variations of this going around – the now infamous 37-pointer originally created by Novartis (manufacturers of Ritalin). This was created, based on what appears to be a date stamp on the form, in 2002! It has no legitimacy and if you are given it – you are being defrauded by your healthcare “professional”.

There are some basic guidelines to identify the illegitimate Conners Ratings Assessment – if there is a sign of any one of these on the assessment you have been given – you have been given the illegitimate form
- There is no MHS copyright on the form
- The form has been photocopied
- It is clearly labelled Novartis
- It has your doctors letterhead on it.
